Free shipping applies to all PreserVision AREDS 2 Formula MiniGels and pack orders purchased through areds2preservision.com. Shipping terms shown at checkout are the final terms for that order.

Order processing

After your payment clears, we prepare your order for shipment. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an order confirmation by email when checkout is complete.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Once shipped, delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Many U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, though some locations may take longer.

Delivery dates are estimates — not guarantees. Weather, carrier volume, and address accuracy can affect arrival time.

Tracking your order

When your package ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation with tracking details (when available from the carrier). Use that link to follow your delivery status.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

Shipping address

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address provided on your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address details entered by the customer.

Delays & lost packages

If your order is delayed or tracking has not moved for several days, contact our support team before requesting a refund on your own. We’ll help locate the shipment or arrange a resolution.
